Restore Harrow Green is the UK’s leading commercial relocation company, supporting corporate and public sector clients with their complex and demanding workspace move projects.

The Restore difference

The business provides a full project management service and delivers seamless physical relocation and installation of workspace, furnishings, documents, and IT equipment so that relocated staff simply turn up at their new facility and can operate immediately post move. In addition to the core office moves business, we also provide expert relocation services to several discrete sectors including IT, life sciences and military personnel. Storage of large size items for short or long term storage is also a significant and growing part of our business to customers. These highly valued capabilities further under-line our market leading position in the commercial relocations sector. The business also offers international move support for individuals or whole office relocations.

Harrow Green business strategy

For many organisations, the additional services we can provide simplify a complex logistics challenge. For many clients, legacy furniture disposal and access to paper and IT recycling provide useful complementary solutions, triggered by a decision to change location. With a team of its size (+370 colleagues) and operating a fleet of over 130 vehicles from 9 sites across the UK, we have the size and experience to manage significant complexity and can flex resources to accommodate demanding timetables required by clients seeking to minimise downtime.

Customer satisfaction is very high and while one-off moves are critical, over half of our revenue is generated through incremental activity and office reconfigurations from existing customers who typically develop a close and long-term partnership with us.

We are a national business with a strong London presence and regional sites across the UK. Additionally, there is potential to enter further channels that require a high level of competence in moving assets including museums and the health sector.

Importantly, we also play a key role in introducing new customers to other Group companies as a physical move is often a trigger for the rationalisation of storage, confidential paper shredding or IT Recycling where the Group is well placed to provide additional services.

Our growth drivers

Strong organic sales team

Long term partnerships, with continual repeat business

Office reconfigurations due to hybrid working

Opportunity to grow in sectors such as museums, healthcare & pharmaceuticals and large size storage

Jaguar Land Rover

Only relocation supplier to Jaguar Land Rover

“The teams from Jaguar Land Rover and Restore Harrow Green, demonstrated an exemplary working relationship which proved to be the deciding factor in them taking home the [Partners in Relocation] trophy.”

Ian Harnett
Executive Director, Human Resources & Global Purchasing Jaguar Land Rover

Jaguar Land Rover began its partnership with Restore Harrow Green in 1999.

The partnership involves moves, changes, furniture storage and management, legacy asset clearance including WEEE, post-move cleaning, IT relocation and heavy lifts works. The team moves between 6,000 and 10,000 people a year.

In addition to furniture and often sizeable IT equipment, we move unusual and complex items, mission critical to the JLR business.
