The Happiness Index is launching a new employee engagement and happiness programme for Restore across all its business units.

The Happiness Index will implement our neuroscience backed employee engagement and happiness platform. This will enable Restore’s colleagues to feedback whenever, and wherever they want, as well as analysing their cultural health in-depth to support the people strategy at each individual business unit. The platform offers +20 pre-built neuroscience backed surveys measuring cultural health across the employee lifecycle. The data is available in real-time and highlights key drivers to prioritise and provides insight on how to take action.
